School children present wattle to the Governor-General for Wattle Day

The Governor-General, Ms Quentin Bryce AC, and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE joined six students from St Francis of Assisi Primary School to mark the centenary of Wattle Day at Government House.

Year six student Eryn Burge presented Ms Bryce with a basket of Queensland wattle on behalf of his school and the Wattle Day Association.
