The Governor-General heard that Foodbank Australia provides 24 million meals a year to people all over Australia, with food which is donated by food processors and retailers and delivered to charity organisations. The Chairman of Foodbank NSW, Mr Ern Pope(L), Foodbank Australia's Chairman, Mr Enzo Allara, and Chief Executive Officer, Mr John Webster, and Mr Andersen were the Governor-General's hosts for the tour.
