As Patron of Foodbank Australia, the Governor-General welcomed donors and supporters of Foodbank at a reception at Admiralty House, Sydney. The reception followed a visit to Foodbank in New South Wales on February the 16th at Wetherill Park.

Ms Bryce presented the inaugural Foodbank Patron's Award to Mr Greg Foran, the Director, Supermarkets, Liquor and Petrol at Woolworths Ltd., in recognition of Woolworths' strong support for the program.
