As part of a visit to the Northern Territory, the Governor-General and Mr Bryce met armed services personnel at RAAF Base Tindal in Katherine.

Ms Bryce enjoyed a tour of 75 Squadron, including a detailed briefing and inspection of the Base’s FA18 Hornets, accompanied by hosts Wing Commander Philip Arms and Wing Commander Rohan Gaskill. Later, Ms Bryce met some of Katherine’s volunteers at a reception to welcome Their Excellencies and to mark National Volunteers Week.
