It was an exciting day for the kids at the Timber Creek School, 255 kilometres from Kununurra in Western Australia, when the Governor-General visited to see the Sports Challenge program in action.

The Sports Challenge instructors led the children from years 4 to 8 through a series of fun activities using their hand eye co-ordination and ball skills, while Ms Bryce and Mr Bryce encouraged from the sidelines. The Governor-General also visited the classrooms to assist with a few complicated lessons.
