FATAL TRAIN CRASH IN VICTORIA

My wife Marlena and I were shocked to learn of the tragic train crash near Kerang in Victoria.

I extend on behalf of all Australians our deepest sympathy to the families of the deceased and heartfelt concern for those who have been injured.

Our thoughts are also with those emergency service and hospital personnel across Victoria supporting and caring for the injured.

Our prayers are with all those touched by this terrible tragedy.
