for the Launch of Parkinson’s Disease Awareness Campaign

Parkinson's disease is a debilitating condition afflicting tens of thousands of Australians.

It progressively erodes their lifestyle and it is not confined to the elderly.

Too many of us don’t know or care enough about Parkinson’s.

To date, no cure has been found, but with timely treatment the disease can be controlled and its progress slowed.

I’m pleased to support the Parkinson’s Awareness campaign.

By better understanding Parkinson’s we will help those people with the disease get timely treatment.
