On behalf of the people of Australia, please accept my deepest regrets at the death of your father, His Serene Highness Prince Rainier III. His substantial contribution to Monaco will be deeply missed and I offer to you and your family our prayers and condolences at this difficult time.

I look forward to the continuation of the warm and friendly relations enjoyed between Australia and Monaco during your reign.
