THE WEDDING OF HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS THE PRINCE OF WALES AND MRS CAMILLA PARKER BOWLES

The Governor-General, Major General Michael Jeffery and Mrs Jeffery have accepted an invitation from Her Majesty The Queen and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh to attend wedding celebrations for The Prince of Wales and Mrs Camilla Parker Bowles.

The Governor-General and Mrs Jeffery will attend a service of Prayer and Dedication in St.George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, to be presided over by the Archbishop of Canterbury and attended by more than 700 guests.

The Service on 8th April will follow the civil wedding ceremony at the Guildhall, which will be a private occasion.

Following the ceremony and the Service of Prayer and Dedication, Her Majesty will give a reception at Windsor Castle.

The Prince of Wales spent time with the Governor-General and Mrs Jeffery during his stay at Government House earlier this month.
