Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Jeffery, as guests of the Manager, Mr Tony Sharley, toured the facilities at Banrock Station, and afterwards, at the Wine and Wetlands Centre, as guests of honour, attended a luncheon with members of the community from the western region hosted by The Honourable Paul Holloway, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries and Minister for Mineral Resources Development. Later, at Renmark West, the Governor-General and Mrs Jeffery, as guests of Mr Humphrey Howie and Mrs Michelle Howie, visited their citrus property, a partner of the Bookmark Biosphere project for ecological sustainability.
