On Tuesday 15 March 2022, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) received Dr David Sutton, Senior Historian and Concept Developer, Australian War Memorial.

Afterwards, the Governor-General hosted a lunch for Professor Alan Dupont AO, Chief Executive Officer, The Cognoscenti Group.

Later, the Governor-General recorded video messages for Suicide Prevention Australia (LiFE Awards) and Men’s Shed (9th annual gathering).

Then, the Governor-General and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley recorded a video message for QLD Country Women’s Association (International Study Conference).

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Dr Hugh Craft OAM, President, Royal Commonwealth Society (ACT Branch), attended the annual Commonwealth Dinner.
