On Friday 30 September 2022, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) received His Excellency Mr Mohammad Rahman, High Commissioner for Bangladesh.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley, as Patron, hosted a morning tea for the ACT Girls Brigade and presented the Girls' Brigade Pioneer Pin.

Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley recorded a video message for Scouts Australia.

Then, the Governor-General recorded a video message for GROW Australia and the Bravery Trust.

In the afternoon, the Governor-General received Air Marshal Robert Chipman AM CSC, Chief of the Royal Australian Air Force.
