On Tuesday 3 June 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as guest of Dr Anna Wong, Director, opened the 'Celebrating 50 Years of the Australian Honours System' exhibition at Canberra Museum and Gallery.

Later, the Governor-General received Ms Sue Flockart, Senior Manager Events and Sponsorship, Diversity Council Australia.

In the afternoon, the Governor-General hosted an afternoon tea for Professor John Pollaers OAM, Convenor, University Chancellors Council.
