On Tuesday 11 November 2025, Their Excellencies the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC and Mr Simeon Beckett SC, attended The Dismissal Anniversary event at the Museum of Australian Democracy. 

Then, the Governor-General met with students and teachers from Wingham Brush Public School, Wingham, New South Wales.  

Afterwards, the Governor-General, as Commander-in-Chief, and guest of Mr Matt Anderson PSM, Director, Australian War Memorial, attended a Remembrance Day Service at the Australian War Memorial.  

In the afternoon, the Governor-General received Letters of Credence accrediting His Excellency Mario Masayuki Toyotoshi as the non-resident Ambassador of Paraguay. The Ambassador was accompanied by his spouse, Mrs Carmen Cecilia Toyotoshi. 

Then, Their Excellencies travelled from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory to Sydney, New South Wales.
