On Monday 13 April 2026, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as Chancellor of the Order of Australia, hosted two Investiture Ceremonies for Order of Australia Honours, Conspicuous Service Decorations and Meritorious Service Awards at Government House, Canberra.
