On Friday, 17 April 2026, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as Chancellor of the Order of Australia, hosted an Investiture Ceremony for Australian Honours at Government House, Canberra.

Then, the Governor-General, as Chancellor of the Order of Australia, conducted a virtual Investiture Ceremony for Mr John Killick OAM.

In the evening, the Governor-General hosted a reception for recipients of the Investiture Ceremonies held on 16 and 17 April 2026.
