Then, the Governor-General received Letters of Credence accrediting Mr Edward Anibal Perez Reyes as the non-resident Ambassador of the Dominican Republic, at Government House, Canberra.
Afterwards, the Governor-General received Letters of Credence accrediting Mr Paolo Rondelli as the non-resident Ambassador of San Marino, at Government House, Canberra.
In the afternoon, the Governor-General met students and teachers from Tom Price Senior High School, Tom Price, Western Australia, as they undertook a tour of Government House, Canberra.
Then, the Governor-General hosted an afternoon tea to mark the release of ‘First Knowledges: The Collection’, at Government House, Canberra as part of NAIDOC Week 2026 activities.
