On Wednesday 30 September 2026, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, met with students and teachers from Our Lady of Mercy College, Australind, Western Australia, as they undertook a tour of Government House, Canberra.

Then, the Governor-General received Roxanne Moore, Executive Director, First Nations and Youth Action.

Afterwards, the Governor-General recorded a video message for The Wallabies.
