Canberra, Australian Capital Territory; Melbourne, Victoria; Sydney, New South Wales

On Saturday 28 September 2024, Their Excellencies the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC and Mr Simeon Beckett SC, travelled from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory to Melbourne, Victoria.  

Then, the Governor-General and Mr Beckett, as guests of Mr Richard Goyder AO, Chairman, Australian Football League Commission, attended the 2024 AFL Grand Final.  

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mr Beckett travelled from Melbourne, Victoria to Sydney, New South Wales.
