On Sunday 2 November 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as guest of Mr John Gasson, President, Red Shed, attended the Golden Oar Rowing Regatta, at Red Shed, Canberra. 

In the afternoon, the Governor-General travelled from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory to Sydney, New South Wales.
