On Friday 14 November 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, met with students and teachers from Ipswich Grammar School, Ipswich, Queensland, as they undertook a tour of Government House.  

Then, the Governor-General travelled from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory to Sydney, New South Wales.  

In the afternoon, the Governor-General hosted an afternoon tea for Hello Sunday Morning.
