During her visit to Timor Leste to mark the country's 10th anniversary of independence and the inauguration of Taur Matan Ruak as the new President, the Governor-General took the opportunity to have discussions with senior leaders.

The included a meeting with the previous President, His Excellency Dr Jose Ramos-Horta, the Prime Minister, His Excellency Mr Xanana Gusmao and the new President, Taur Matan Ruak following the inauguration ceremony.
