On Monday 21 April 2025, Their Excellencies the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC and Mr Simeon Beckett SC Arrived in Istanbul, Türkiye. 

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mr Beckett, as guests of His Excellency Miles Armitage, Ambassador to Türkiye, visited the Australian Consulate-Istanbul.
