On Tuesday 9 June 2026, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as Patron and guest of Commissioner Miriam Gluyas, Territorial Commander and Chair, The Salvation Army Australia, visited Melbourne Project 614, Melbourne. 

Then, the Governor-General, as Patron and guest of Adjunct Associate Professor Steve Callister AM, National Chairman, Prostate Cancer Foundation Australia, attended the Prostate Cancer Foundation Australia Men’s Health Week Celebration at Melbourne Town Hall, Victoria. 

In the afternoon, the Governor-General recorded video messages for Ocean Decade – Australia & The Pacific Ocean Business Leaders’ Summit and Midwinter Event – Australian Antarctic Division and Australian Antarctic Medal recipients.
