On Monday 20 October 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as guest of Professor Libby Hackett, delivered the Australian Public Policy Institute 2025 Oration. 

In the afternoon, the Governor-General received Ms Bronnie Taylor, Non-Executive Director, Motherland Australia in the Study.

In the evening, the Governor-General, received Dr. S. Janakiraman, Consul General in Sydney, India, and guests.
