On Monday 1 December 2025, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, received Dr Simon Polson, Executive Director, National and State Libraries Australasia; Dr Caroline Butler-Bowdon, New South Wales State Librarian; and Dr Vicki McDonald AM, Queensland State Librarian.

In the evening, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General, together with His Excellency Mr Simeon Beckett SC, hosted a reception in acknowledgement of the Ten-Year Anniversary of the National Justice Project.
