In the afternoon of Friday, 3 April 2026, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as guest of Mr John Bennett OAM, President, and Mr Brock Gilmour, Chief Executive Officer, Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales, visited and officiated at the Opening Ceremony of the 2026 Sydney Royal Easter Show, at Sydney Showgrounds, Olympic Park.
