On Monday 14 September 2026, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, travelled from Sydney, New South Wales, to Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. 

Then, the Governor-General, hosted a Walk and Talk engagement for the Cancer Council ACT, at Government House, Canberra.

Afterwards, the Governor-General, received Mr Jasper Muller, Co-Founder, and Mr Luke Kearney, Director, Project Norder.

In the evening, the Governor-General, as Patron of National Youth Science Forum, attended the National Youth STEM Summit Parliamentary Engagement Networking event, at Parliament House, Canberra.
