On Friday 18 March 2022, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley, as guests of Mr Amar Singh JP, President, visited the Turbans 4 Australia National Office.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received Ms Sharon Callister, Chief Executive Officer, Mission Australia.

Later, the Governor-General, as Patron-in-Cheif of Commonwealth Games Australia, and Mrs Hurley hosted a reception to celebrate the commencement of the Queen's Baton Relay.

Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley travelled from Sydney, New South Wales, to Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.
