On Tuesday 14 October 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as Patron of Bus Stop provided an interview to Bus Stop Film members. 

Then, the Governor-General as Patron of Bus Stop, hosted a garden party for the sixteenth year of Bus Stop Films. 

In the afternoon, the Governor-General travelled from Sydney, New South Wales to Canberra, Australian Capital territory.
