On Tuesday 30 March 2010, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC, presided at a meeting of the Federal Executive Council.

Earlier, at the Star City Hotel, Sydney, the Governor-General attended the Committee of Economic Development of Australia's ???Women in Leadership Series 2010,' at which the Governor-General delivered the keynote address. Afterwards, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General received the Founder of the Jackson West Advocacy Group, Mr Timothy West. Later, the Governor-General received Senior Vice-President, European Australian Business Council, Mr Charles Curran AC. In the evening, at the Sydney Opera House, the Governor-General attended a performance of Opera Australia's ???Bliss'.
