On Saturday 25 October 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as guest of Ms Sally Scales, visited Uluru and the Mutitjulu Cultural Centre. 

Then, the Governor-General, as guest of Ms Kristin Howden, Chief Executive Manager attended the National Indigenous Training Academy for a Tjuta Dining Experience for recently graduated trainees.

Afterwards, the Governor-General, met with members of the NPY Women’s Council at the National Indigenous Training Academy. 

In the afternoon, the Governor-General, as guest of Parks Australia, attended the 40th Anniversary of the Uluru Handback at Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.
