On Sunday 26 October 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as guest of Mutitjulu Community Aboriginal Corporation, met with local elders and conducting a tour of the Mutitjulu Community Aboriginal Corporation Business Centre. 

Then, the Governor-General, as guest of Mutitjulu Community Aboriginal Corporation, attended the 40th Anniversary of the Handing Back of Uluru Celebration in the Mutitjulu Community. 

Afterwards, the Governor-General travelled from Yulara, Northern Territory to Sydney, New South Wales.
