The program coordinates visits of high profile organisations and people throughout Australia who have a connection to one or more residents of the VSA aged care facility.

On Saturday 3 June 2017, at the Canterbury Earthquake National Memorial, Christchurch, the Governor-General, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd), and Lady Cosgrove, as guests of the Deputy Mayor of Christchurch, Mr Andrew Turner, viewed the memorial and laid a wreath.

On Thursday 1 June 2017, at Government House, Wellington, the Governor-General, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd), and Lady Cosgrove, as guests of the Governor-General of New Zealand, Her Excellency the Right Honourable Dame Patsy Reddy GNZM QSO DStJ and His Excellency Sir David Gascoigne KNZM CBE CStJ, attended a ceremonial welcome.
