The Ambassador was accompanied by Mr Samsu Rizal (Minister Counsellor), Mr Raudin (Minister Counsellor) and Air First Marshall Kuswantoro (Defence Attach?”) from the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia. The Administrator and Sir Nicholas Shehadie AC OBE also received Mrs Susilowati Joelianto.
