In Sydney, the Governor-General launched the "Access to Life" photographic exhibition in recognition of World AIDS Day. As Patron of the Pacific Friends of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Ms Bryce discussed progress in the fight against AIDS in Australia.
On Saturday 24 November 2012, at the National Arboretum, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as guests of the Chief Minister, Ms Katy Gallagher MLA, attended the annual Voices in the Forest concert.
Afterwards, at Brisbane International Airport, the Governor-General was represented at the departure from Australia of the President of the Republic of Kiribati, His Excellency Anote Tong MP, by Commander Lachlan King ADC RAN, Honorary Aide-de-Camp.
The Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce joined over 4400 Canberra residents and visitors for the second Voices in the Forest concert at the National Arboretum.
Ms Bryce and Mr Bryce, as guests of the ACT Chief Minister, Ms Katy Gallagher MLA, heard performances by distinguished opera singers including South Korean soprano Ms Sumi Jo, Australian tenor Mr Stuart Skelton and soprano Ms Amelia Farrugia.
Later, the Governor-General and Mr Bryce met concert performers with the Chief Minister and Chair of the National Arboretum, Mr John McKay AM.
On Friday 23 November 2012, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO, received the Australian Ambassador-designate to the Kingdom of Belgium, Mr Duncan Lewis AO DSC CSC.
Afterwards, the Governor-General received His Royal Highness Prince Philippe of Belgium.

On Thursday 22 November 2012, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO, presided at a meeting of the Federal Executive Council.
Afterwards, the Governor-General received the High Commissioner-designate to Trinidad and Tobago, Mr Ross Tysoe AO.
In the evening, at the Hellenic Club, Woden, Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as Patron, attended the St John Ambulance ACT Awards Night.
On Wednesday 21 November 2012, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO, received from His Excellency Mr Nadjib Riphat, Letters of Credence accrediting him as the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia. The Ambassador was accompanied by Mr Hanggiro Setiabudi (Minister Counsellor) and Ms Dewi Anggraeni Wahjudati (Minister Counsellor). The Governor-General also received Mrs Nino Riphat.
The Governor-General received Letters of Credence from five ambassadorial representatives at Government House, Canberra.
Among the five ambassador-designates to present their credentials, three were from neighbouring Asian countries.
On Tuesday 20 November 2012, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO, presided at a meeting of the Federal Executive Council.
Afterwards, the Governor-General, as Prior, and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, hosted an investiture ceremony for The Priory in Australia of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem.
Later, the Governor-General hosted an afternoon tea for the participants of the Movement of Women and the Anglican Church.
