On Wednesday 17 February 2010, at Aberfeldie, Victoria, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, in recognition of the 125th anniversary of the Royal District Nursing Service, participated in a client visit, and later at Southbank, attended a reception as guests of the Chairman, Mr Paul Montgomery.

On Tuesday 16 February 2010, in Wetherill Park, New South Wales, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC, as Patron of Foodbank Australia, and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE met with volunteers and staff at the headquarters of Foodbank New South Wales.

Later, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General received the Principal of Emmanuel College, The University of Queensland, Professor Stewart Gill. In the evening, at the Sydney Opera House, the Governor-General and Mr Bryce attended a performance of Opera Australia's ???Tosca'.

On Monday 15 February 2010, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC received the Executive Director of the Lowy Institute for International Policy, Dr Michael Wesley.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE hosted a reception to launch the Centenary of the Australian British Chamber of Commerce.

On Saturday 13 February 2010, in the Australian Bravery Garden, Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE attended a service of remembrance for Australian Bravery and Gallantry Award recipients, at which the Governor-General presented the Bravery Medal and Dr Geoffrey Boyce National Youth Bravery Award to Mr Daniel Johnson BM.

On Friday 12 February 2010, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC received the Ambassador-designate to the State of Israel, Ms Andrea Faulkner.

Later, the Governor-General received the Chief of Defence Force, Air Chief Marshal Angus Houston AC AFC.

On Thursday 11 February 2010, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC received from Her Excellency Ms Fauzia Nasreen, Letters of Commission accrediting her as the High Commissioner for the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The High Commissioner was accompanied by Mr Tasawar Khan (Minister) and Brigadier Baber Mansoor Virk (Defence Adviser), High Commission for the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received a farewell call from the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, His Excellency Mr Mahmoud Movahhedi and Mrs Iran Movahhedi. Later, at the Canberra Museum and Gallery, Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as Patron of Capital Arts Patrons Organisation, attended the exhibition ???Put one and two together Terrific & Colour by numbers' by Ms Elizabeth Kelly.

On Tuesday 9 February 2010, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC, as Patron of the Mother's Day Classic, hosted a morning tea for Women in Super and officially launched the 2010 Mother's Day Classic.
