  • advanced searches with combinations of the above.

Australian Bravery Decorations (24 March 2021)

The Bravery list announced on 24 March included:

  • 2 Stars of Courage
  • 43 Bravery Medals
  • 40 Commendations for Brave Conduct
  • 7 Group Bravery Citations (26 individuals)

Australia Day 2021

The Australia Day 2021 list included:

  • 570 recipients of awards in the General Division of the Order of Australia (4 AC, 36 AO, 159 AM and 371 OAM) - gazette
  • 28 recipients of awards in the Military Division of the Order of Australia (2 AO, 11 AM and 15 OAM) - gazette
  • 176 meritorious awards - gazette
  • 70 Distinguished and Conspicuous awards - gazette
  • Some of the first recipients recognised, at least in part, for their contribution in support of Australia’s response to the 2019-20 Bushfires and COVID-19 pandemic (more nominations are likely to be considered for future lists).

  • 6 Commendations for Brave Conduct

Queen's Birthday 2020  

The Queen's Birthday Honours List included:

  • 710 recipients of awards in the General Division of the Order of Australia
  • 28 recipients of awards in the Military Division of the Order of Australia
  • 128 meritorious awards.

  • One Star of Courage
  • 17 Bravery Medals
  • 17 Commendations for Brave Conduct
  • 7 Group Bravery Citations.

Australia Day 2020

The Australia Day 2020 Honours List included:

  • 837 recipients of awards in the General Division of the Order of Australia
  • 26 recipients of awards in the Military Division of the Order of Australia
  • 236 meritorious awards
  • The highest ever percentage of women recipients in the General Division of the Order of Australia (41.6%).
